SAWD helps you organize your finances and taxes with an AI assistant. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We do not sell your personal or financial information.

• AI interactions — questions you ask the assistant, used to generate responses.
• Usage and device information — diagnostics and analytics to operate and improve the app.

We use your information to provide SAWD's features: to show your financial overview, answer your finance and tax questions, organize tax information, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information or use your financial data for third-party advertising.

How information is shared

• Service providers that help us operate SAWD (secure hosting, financial-data connectivity, and AI processing) under contracts requiring them to protect your data and use it only to provide the service.
• At your direction, or to complete actions you request.
• Legal compliance — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and other safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information from within the app or by contacting us. You can disconnect linked financial accounts at any time.

Children

SAWD is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

SAWD provides information and organization tools and is not a substitute for a licensed tax or financial professional.
